ROCHESTER, NY –
Matt Reimann and
Aaron Lund had a pair of third place finishes in the 5,000 and 60-meter hurdles, respectively to highlight the men's track and field team at the RIT Invite on Friday night.
Reimann clocked a 15:51.61 in the 5,000 to take third place.
Connor Jackson was 13
th (16:34.61),
Cameron Almy was 16
th (16:44.44), followed by
Ethan Glashauser in 17
th place (16:59.48).
Lund was just .01 off a personal best in the 60-meter hurdles, racing to a 8.90 time to take third place.
Jason Marchincin was able to pick up sixth place in the triple jump with a mark of 12 meters (39 feet, 4 ½ inches).
Josh Pomerleau took 11
th in the open pole vault with a mark of 4.25 meters (13 feet, 11 ¼ inches), while
John Pomykaj was sixth in the regular pole vault with a vault of 3.70 meters (12 feet, 1 ½ inches).
Lucas Sharron clocked a 4:40.80 in the mile for ninth place.
