Golden Flyers to host Alfred Wednesday in Empire 8 playoffs

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Nazareth closed out its regular-season men's lacrosse schedule by winning in decisive fashion Saturday as 17 different players scored in the Golden Flyers' 30-11 romp over Utica at Golden Flyer Stadium.

Nazareth will bring a five-game winning streak and an overall record of 8-7 into Wednesday's Empire 8 Conference home playoff game against Alfred (10-4) at 4 p.m. Nazareth finished 5-1 in conference play to earn the second seed for the four-team tournament.
