Global Business and Leadership major ... son of Mark and Sarah Jacob, Pittsford, N.Y... team captain... returning for a fifth season, Jacob decided to utilize his extra season of eligibility that was granted due to the COVID-19 pandemic... played in all 11 games for the Golden Flyers in 2021 and led the team in scoring with 36 points on 22 goals and 14 assists with 31 ground balls... named as an honorable mention All-American as well as a scholar All-American by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association... also named as a first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star and named to the E8 all-tournament team... had a career-best eight points (4g, 4a) in a 17-7 win at Alfred on 4/20/21... also scored four times in 13-8 win over Alfred in E8 playoffs on 5/6/21... had five points (3g, 2a) in both games against Clarkson on 3/13/21 and 3/20/21... represented the Golden Flyers in the fall of 2021 on the Empire 8 Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 375 and above.

2020: Jacob played in all seven games for the Golden Flyers in 2020, including six as a starting attackman... was on pace for a prolific offensive season as he led the team in scoring with 24 points on 17 goals and seven assists... also had 20 ground balls before the season prematurely ended because of the COVID-19 pandemic... had six points (4g, 2a) in 14-10 season-opening win over Springfield... also had five points each (4g, 1a) in wins over Ohio Northern and DeSales... had four points (2g, 2a) in a win at Brockport on 3/3/20... represented the Golden Flyers on the Empire 8 Presidents' List in the fall for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and higher.

2019: Jacob played well for the Golden Flyers in 2019 as he appeared in all 18 games and contributed 47 points on 26 goals and 21 assists... also had 38 ground balls... had a season-best seven points (3g, 4a) against Utica on 4/6/19... also had six points (4g, 2a) in E8 playoffs at Stevens on 5/1/19 and five points each at Houghton (4g, 1a) on 4/17/19 and at Alfred (2g, 3a) on 4/27/19... an honorable mention selection to the Empire 8 Conference all-star team.

2018: Jacob played in all 17 games for the Golden Flyers in 2018 and was the team's top-scoring first-year player with 25 points on 19 goals and six assists... also had 18 ground balls... had three-goal games against Cortland on 3/1/18, against Western New England on 3/11/18 and against Hamilton on 3/21/18... had three points (1g, 2a) against St. John Fisher on 4/18/18... an honorable mention selection to the Empire 8 Conference all-star team.

Scholastic: a graduate of Pittsford Mendon High School, Jacob played three years of varsity lacrosse there... scored 26 goals and had 30 ground balls as a senior in lacrosse and helped team to Section Five titles in 2015 and 2017 and trip to state finals in '17... earned second-team Monroe County League all-star honors in 2016 and 2017... also played two seasons of varsity basketball and earned team MVP and first-team all-league honors as a senior... scholar-athlete award recipient... older brother Daniel played for Golden Flyers' basketball team and graduated in 2019.
