HERSHEY, Pa.-- Nazareth completed its spring season in men's golf over the weekend as the Golden Flyers competed in rounds three and four of the Empire 8 Conference Tournament at Hershey Country Club.
The first two rounds were contested in the fall at Timber Banks in Baldwinsville, N.Y. Nazareth finished with a four-round stroke total of 1448. St. John Fisher won the team title with a score of 1262. Oswego (1288) was second and Utica (1321) third. Russell Sage (1338), Elmira (1421) and Keuka (1523) also participated.
Nazareth's top finisher was
Jake Costa, who posted weekend scores of 90 and 89 to finish in a tie for 20th place with a 179 total.
JT Entelisano was one stroke behind with two rounds of 90 for a 180 total.
