BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. -- St. John Fisher holds a one-stroke lead over defending champion Utica after the Fall portion of the 2021-22 Empire 8 Fall Men's Golf Championship, held at Timber Banks Golf Club over the weekend.
Fisher has a two-day score of 628 with Utica at 629. Nazareth, with scores of 359 and 362, stands in sixth place at 721.

Ryan Fecco are tied for the individual lead, both at +10 over par (154) after the first two rounds. Utica's
Adam Woodmansee
had the lowest round among all student-athletes on day two, shooting a 76.
Jake Costa was Nazareth's top finisher in 23rd place individually with rounds of 90 and 83 for a 173 total.
Ray Falso was next in 28th place with scores of 87 and 94 for a 181 total.
Seth Terzo is in 29th place with a 184 total after scores of 90 and 94. Other Nazareth competitors were Tom McIntosh (92-92 -- 185),
JT Entelisano (96-92 -- 188) and
Jake Peters (93-97 -- 190).
The 2021-22 league champion is determined from results of the Fall Championship, followed up by the 36-hole Spring Championship, which will take place on April 15-16, 2022 at Hershey Country Club.
