StatsROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Nazareth closed out the fall portion of its men's golf season over the weekend as the Golden Flyers placed fourth in its own invitational tournament that was hosted by Monroe Golf Club and Irondequoit Country Club.
Nazareth finished with a two-day team score of 633 after rounds of 308 and 325. St. Lawrence won the team title with scores of 300 and 311 for a 611 total. Conor Talty of Potsdam was the top individual finisher with scores of 75 and 72 for a 147 total. Saturday's tournament was contested at Monroe Golf Club; Sunday's tournament took place at Irondequoit.
Senior
Sean de Herder was Nazareth's top individual as he finished in a tie for seventh place with rounds of 74 and 79 for a two-day total of 153. Junior
Kyle Bromley also played well and finished in a tie for 10th place with scores of 77 and 79 for a 156 total.
Other competitors for Nazareth were junior
C.J. Murray, who finished 14th with scores of 77 and 82 for a 159 total; junior
Jonathan Gerken, who finished 22nd with scores of 80 and 85 for a 165 total; and senior
Tom Mediak, who finished 32nd with scores of 82 and 93 for a 175 total.
