Weaver excelled for the Golden Flyers last Friday at the Fastrack National Invitational on Staten Island as she placed third in the 5,000-meter run. Her time of 18:29.73 shaved more than 40 seconds off her previous best time in that event. Nazareth hosts the Conference Tune-up Friday at the Golisano Training Center at 3:30 p.m. as a lead-up to the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet at Utica Feb. 25-26.
