Biography
Biology major... daughter of Tim and Allyson Spegar, Honeoye Falls, N.Y... returns for her fourth season as a defensive specialist and libero … appeared in 19 matches and 32 sets as a junior as she recorded 15 aces and 34 digs … recorded a season-best seven digs against Lasell and had a high of three aces in the Empire 8 match against Elmira.
2021: Spegar played in 24 matches and 71 sets in 2021... contributed 15 service aces and 82 digs... had three aces vs. Thiel on 9/11/21 and nine digs in back to back matches vs. Lycoming and Alfred State on 10/9/21.
2020: returning for her second season, Spegar played in eight matches and 22 sets during the pandemic-shortened spring 2021 season... produced four service aces and 16 digs.
Scholastic: a graduate of Our Lady of Mercy High School, Spegar competed in volleyball and softball there... played two varsity volleyball seasons as a defensive specialist and helped team to Section Five and Western Regional titles in 2019... played for Hot Shots club team... helped softball team to 2018 sectional title... four-year scholar-athlete award winner and a magna cum laude graduate.
