Biography
Daughter of John and Lisa MacLachlan, Marcellus, NY … returning for her third season after having a stand-out 2023-24 season... started in all 26 games as a sophomore... was third on the team with a total of 281 points and an average of 10.8 points per game... also added 128 rebounds, 80 assists, and 37 steals on the season... had a season high of 26 points in a 73-54 win at home over Brockport in December, where she was 10-18 in field goals (5-10 from the arc)... was named to the Empire 8 All-Conference Second Team in the 23-24 season... was also on the President's List for academic excellence in the fall 2023 semester.
2022-23: played in all 27 games and started in 15 as a freshman … finished fourth on the team with 8.4 points per game and also grabbed 3.2 rebounds per contest … led the team with 43 steals and was second with 60 assists … was second on the team with 25 3-point baskets, a .333 3-pt field goal percent and a .450 (85-for-189) field goal percentage … reached double-digit scoring in 10 of the final 16 games of the season including a season-high 16 points against Utica (1/10) and against St. John Fisher (2/11) … scored 14 against Sage in the regular season finale and added 15 against the Gators in the Empire 8 semifinal game.
Scholastic: graduate of Marcellus High School where she played soccer, softball and basketball … also played for the I-90 Elite team … scored more than 1,000 points at Marcellus, named a four-time league all-star and also an All-State selection … named the team MVP twice and was a scholar athlete all four years … helped the team to four consecutive league championship titles and helped the softball team to a pair of sectional titles … named to the National Honor Society, the Rho Kappa Honor Society and received the booster club scholarship.
