Psychology major...  daughter of Mike and Lisa Simmons, Victor, N.Y... returning for her fourth season, Simmons played in all 26 games for the Golden Flyers in 2018-19, including six as a starter... contributed 38 points (1.5 ppg), 36 assists, 33 rebounds and seven three-poinit baskets... had season-bests in points (8) and assists (4) against Ohio Wesleyan on 12/20/18... has played three seasons of softball for the Golden Flyers and has a career batting average of .289 in 99 games.

2017-18: Simmons played regularly in all 25 games in 2017-18 and started six times... averaged 3.2 points and 1.8 assists per game and made 13 three-point baskets... had career-best 11 points with three three-pointers in game against St. John Fisher on 2/10/18... twice passed for six assists -- against Utica on 1/26/18 and at Alfred on 2/13/18.

2016-17: appeared in 22 games as a freshman in 2016-17, averaging 8.4 minutes per game... scored 22 points, grabbed 16 rebounds and dished out 15 assists... scored five points against Fredonia on 11/29/16 and Elmira on 2/9/17.

Scholastic: a graduate of Victor High School, Simmons excelled in basketball and softball there... a four-year starter in basketball and three-time team captain... earned second-team Monroe County League all-star honors in 2016... played six seasons as a centerfielder in softball... earned fourth-team all-state and first-team All-Greater Rochester for 2016... four-time Monroe County League all-star and three-time Ontario County all-star... helped softball team to three league titles and Section Five title in 2015... member of Honor Roll and recipient of Global Citizen Scholarship and National Founder's Scholarship.
