Nazareth College Athletics

Eva Lyons joined the Nazareth coaching staff this season as a part-time assistant.

A native of Northbrook, Ill., Lyons was a standout player at Glenbrook North High School and later at Tri-State University, where she helped the team to two state championships and a berth in the NAIA National Tournament in 1989.

Lyons graduated from Tri-State with a degree in Marketing and later gained a Master's in Elmentary Education from Nazareth in 2003.

She resides in Pittsford with her husband, Dave, and four children. She has been active as a youth coach in both basketball and softball.
