Scholastic: a graduate of Williamsville East High School, Rumschik played three seasons of varsity basketball there... earned second-team honors in 2009 and 2010 in the Erie County Interscholastic Conference as well as all-Western New York honorable mention honors... helped team to three straight league titles and a Section Six championship in 2008... also competed in soccer and helped team to three straight sectional titles and a regional championship in 2009.
