Nazareth College Athletics

A Sports & Entertainment Management minor... Son of Jennifer Blake of Toronto, Ontario... returning for his third season with the team... Frost appeared in 26 games for the Golden Flyers, tallying six goals and 10 assists as a forward for a total of 16 points... two of Frost's goals were scored in a 5-4 win over Rivier, where he shot 100% for the day... Frost also added 10 blocks on the season... Frost also earned President's List honors for he fall 2023 semester.

2022-23: Frost had a productive freshman campaign … finished tied for second on the team with 25 points on seven goals and was second on the team with 18 assists … was second on the team with a +25 +/- rating and notched a pair of game-winning goals … scored his first career goal against Lebanon Valley (11/4) with the game-tying goal late in the third period to force overtime … recorded three-point games with three assists against Wilkes (2/3) and against Chatham (2/18) in the final game of the regular season … recorded two goals and an assist in the UCHC Tournament games including goals in the semifinals against Stevenson and in the championship game against Utica … named the UCHC Rookie of the Week after a weekend series against King’s (2/20-21) that he recorded a goal and three assists.
