English major... son of Kevin and Jeanne Wind, Rochester, N.Y... returning for his fourth season, Wind battled through a series of injuries to appear in 22 games in 2017-18, including 18 as a starter... averaged 7.4 points and 3.9 assists per game... reached double digits in scoring eight times, including a season-high 16 points at Alfred on 2/13/18... passed for a season-high eight assists in Empire 8 Conference Tournament win over Alfred on 2/23/18... also had the decisive assist on Tyler Stenglein's game-winning bucket in the E8 Championship game against Utica on 2/24/18.

2016-17: Wind had a spectacular sophomore season for the Golden Flyers as he started all 26 games at point guard and averaged 17.9 points and ranked ninth nationally in assists at 6.7 per game... also averaged 4.2 rebounds per game and shot 44.3 percent (168-for-379) from the field and 75.8 percent (125-for-165) from the free throw line... earned first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors and third-team all-East Region by d3hoops.com... was especially good down the stretch for the Golden Flyers as he averaged 32.6 points over the last six games of the season, including games of 38 points vs. Elmira on 2/9/17, 48 points at St. John Fisher on 2/11/17 and 37 points at Stevens on 2/18/17... the 48-point effort at Fisher was the second-highest single-game total in Nazareth history... recognized as national Player of the Week by the U.S. Basketball Writers Association as well as E8 Player of the Week for 2/13/17... produced double digit scoring totals 24 times... twice passed for a career-high 11 assists -- at Lycoming on 12/16/17 and at Ithaca on 1/14/17.

2015-16: Wind appeared in 26 games, making one start... averaged 8.9 points, 4.2 assists, and 2.3 rebounds per game... scored in double digits 13 times, including a season-high of 16 points against Hobart on 12/4/15... passed for a season-high 10 assists at Hartwick on 2/9/16.

Scholastic: a graduate of Greece Athena, Wind played three seasons of varsity basketball there and served as the team's starting point guard during their 2015 run to the finals of the state tournament... helped team to three straight Section Five titles... twice honored as team's Most Improved Player... carried a 90 percent academic average.
