Kristen McIntyre, a 2009 Nazareth graduate, joined the Golden Flyers' field hockey staff in 2012 as a part-time assistant coach.
McIntyre played four seasons of field hockey for the Golden Flyers and was an honorable mention Empire 8 Conference all-star as a defender in 2008. She contributed two goals and six assists in her career and also made five appearances as a goalie.
McIntyre graduated from Nazareth with a degree in Mathematics. She was named to the National Academic Squad three times by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association. She works as a Senior Operations Specialist at Fairport Savings Bank.
A native of Lockport, N.Y., McIntyre played scholastically at Royalton-Hartland High School.
