Jodee Magistro

A key part of Nazareth's field hockey resurgence in 2007, Jodee Magistro returns in 2013 for her sixth season as a part-time assistant coach.

A native of Port Jefferson Station, N.Y., Magistro started regularly for the Golden Flyers for four seasons. In 2007, she started all 20 games and finished third on the team in scoring with 21 points on seven goals and seven assists to help Nazareth to a 14-6 record and the Empire 8 Conference championship.

Magistro's career scoring totals of 14 goals, 12 assists for 40 points rank in Nazareth's top 10 all-time.

A graduate of Comsewogue High School, Magistro excelled in field hockey and volleyball there. At Nazareth, Magistro earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She works as a physical therapist at Newark Wayne Community Hospital in Newark, N.Y.
