Scholastic: a graduate of Newark High School, Colacino competed there in volleyball, basketball, softball and tennis... played four seasons of varsity volleyball as an outside hitter... twice earned first-team all-star honors in the Finger Lakes East... named team's top offensive player and was a scholar-athlete award winner... also played for the Eastside Ice club team... recipient of Ashley Henkel Memorial Scholarship and Taylor Bliss Memorial Scholarship
