2018-19: Werner played in 11 games for the Golden Flyers in 2018-19 before suffering a season-ending hand injury that caused him to miss the last 11 games... had 11 points and 21 rebounds.

2017-18: Werner played in all 28 games for the Golden Flyers in 2017-18 and scored 32 points and grabbed 55 rebounds with 15 blocked shots... had a career-best eight rebounds in a home-court win over Sage on 1/27/18... had four blocked shots at St. John Fisher on 1/16/18.

Scholastic: a graduate of Corning-Painted Post High, Werner competed in basketball and track... played three seasons of varsity basketball and was team's most improved and most valuable player in successive seasons... named to all-state team in 2017... also named to the Elite 10 all-star team by the Corning Leader... averaged better than 13 points and nine rebounds per game while leading team to Section Four title in 2017... competed as a long jumper and sprinter in track.
