Accounting major... daughter of Joseph and Paula Straub, Brewerton, N.Y... returning for her fourth season, Straub started all 26 games for the Golden Flyers in 2018-19 and ranked third on the team in scoring at 7.4 points per game... averaged 2.5 rebounds per game with 31 three-point baskets... scored in double digits eight times, including a career-high of 23 points (with four three-pointers) in a season-opening win over Westminster on 11/17/18... named to the all-tournament team for the Susquehanna Tournament... had 16 points and six rebounds in a win over Utica on 2/9/19... had five assists against St. John Fisher on 2/8/19... named to the Empire 8 Conference President's List for student-athletes with a GPA of 3.75 and higher.

2017-18: Straub played regularly for the Golden Flyers in 2017-18, appearing in all 25 games, including 23 as a starter... averaged 6.2 points and 1.1 steals per game and sank 22 three-point shots... had six double-digit scoring games, including a season-high 15 points, with three three-pointers, in a home-court win over Fredonia on 12/30/17.

2016-17: started all 25 games as a freshman in 2016-17, averaging 31.2 minutes per game... contributed 5.7 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game... scored in double figures four times, including a season-high 16 points against Hilbert on 1/4/17... shot 32.7 percent from the floor (40-for-150) with 21 three-point baskets... also shot 71.9 percent (23-32) from the free throw line... notched four assists against Stevens on 1/20/17.

Scholastic: a graduate of Paul V. Moore High School in Central Square, Straub excelled in basketball and volleyball there... played three seasons of varsity basketball and was a two-time Onondaga League all-star, including a first-team selection in 2016... served as team captain as a junior and senior... also a two-time team captain and two-time all-league honoree in volleyball... named high school Athlete of the Year for 2015-16... ranked third in high school class and recipient of Nazareth Presidential Scholarship... recipient of several other awards, including Entrepreneurial Scholarship, NYS Scholarship for Academic Excellence and local Key of Hope Scholarship.
