English major. . . daughter of Bob and Sue Leonard, Palmyra, N.Y. . . back for her fourth season, Leonard enjoyed more success in 2007-08 as finished 12-8 overall in singles matches, including 6-2 against Empire 8 opponents. . . also won 18 doubles matches. . . earned first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors for both singles and doubles for the third year in a row. . . ranks in the Nazareth top 10 for all-time wins with 108 entering the ‘08-09 season. . . finished second in the NYSWCAA Tournament at first doubles. . . 2006-07: finished 22-4 ovrall in singles matches, including 5-0 in the Empire 8. . . also went 13-11 in doubles and earned first-team E8 all-star honors in singles and doubles. . . 2005-06: enjoyed a sensational first season for the Golden Flyers, leading the team with 43 victories overall, including a 24-4 record as a singles player. . . earned first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors for both singles and doubles. . . Scholastic: a graduate of Palmyra-Macedon High School, Leonard played five seasons at first singles and won a Section Five championship while posting a record of 89-11. . . a five-time team MVP, Leonard led Pal-Mac to five Finger Lakes League titles. . . also played one seasons of basketball. . . recipient of scholar-athlete award.
