Business Administration major… born 11/15/95… daughter of Nazareth Coach Cal and Tammy Wickens, Rochester, N.Y… returning for her second season, Wickens enjoyed a strong freshman season for the Golden Flyers in 2013… appeared in 33 matches and 114 sets and led the team with 856 assists (7.51 per set while also producing 37 service aces and 254 digs… amassed 40 assists or more in six matches, including a career-high of 59 against Buffalo State on 10/5/13… had a career-best 22 digs in a four-set victory over Skidmore on 9/13/13… named to all-tournament team for Nazareth’s Purple & Gold Invitational… named Empire 8 Conference Rookie of the Week three times (9/3/13, 9/23/13 and 11/4/13)… named as a second-team E8 Conference all-star.

Scholastic: a graduate of Our Lady of Mercy High School, Wickens excelled for the Monarchs for four seasons in volleyball… a two-time team MVP and two-time All-Greater Rochester selection by the Democrat and Chronicle… named first-team all-state in 2011… also a two-time all-star selection in the Private-Parochial League… helped team to Section Five and regional titles in 2011 and 2012 and the Class AA state title in 2012.
