Sociology major with concentration in Inclusive Education… born 09/15/91…daughter of Lane and Cathy Pelletier, Glenville, N.Y…returning to the Golden Flyers for her third season, Pelletier played in 29 matches in 2010 and finished with 151 digs and nine aces…finished five matches with double-digit digs…Pelletier amassed a career-high 20 digs against Thiel (10/1/10) …also had 17 digs against Sage (9/11/10), 14 against NYU (9/18/10), 12 against Elmira (10/23/10), and 10 against Rochester (9/17/10) …
2009: appeared in 15 matches…finished with 43 kills, 51 digs, and eight service aces…had a career-high eight kills against Utica (9/27/09) and recorded nine digs against Geneseo (10/3/09) …
Scholastic: a graduate of Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake High School, Pelletier was a three-year member of the varsity volleyball and indoor and outdoor track and field teams…received the Captains’ Award in 2008, was a first-team Suburban Council all-star selection and competed in the Exceptional Senior all-star match…helped team to league, sectional and regional championships in three consecutive seasons. . . Pelletier’s team advanced to the state finals in 2006 and 2007 and the state Final Four in 2008…received the Friends of Music and Col. Palmatier Music Scholarships, was a member of the Conference All-State Symphonic Band in 2008 and the Area All-State Symphony Orchestra section leader in 2008…a member of National Honor Society and received Academic High Honor Roll honors as a scholar athlete during all four years of high school.
