Business Administration major. . . daughter of Phil and Michelle Zwickl, Chester, N.Y. . . returning for her fourth season, Zwickl continued to have a significant impact on the Golden Flyers as the team's starting setter in 2008. . .  key statistics included 1,272 assists, 49 service aces and 185 digs. . .  currently ranks second all-time with 3,612 career assists and sixth all-time in service aces with 178. . . averaged 10.60 assists per set (ranked eighth nationally) and recorded 40 assists or more in 12 matches and finished with a season-high 59 assists against RIT (10/25). . . also tallied 55 assists against New York University (11/1). . .  recorded six service aces against Ohio Wesleyan (9/19/08) and five aces against Hartwick (9/27/08). . . received all-American honorable mention honors from the American Volleyball Coaches Association. . .earned first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors and was named to the New York all-region team for the second consecutive year. . . 2007: a fixture as Nazareth's starting setter as she compiled 1,660 assists, the second highest single-season total in Nazareth history . . . finished among the Division III leaders with a per game average of 11.61 assists. . . also totaled 96 kills, 70 service aces, 245 digs and 58 total blocks. . . named honorable mention All-American and first-team all-New York Region by the American Volleyball Coaches Association. . . earned first-team Empire 8 Conference all-star honors. . . named E8 Player of the Week for 10/1/07. . . named to all-tournament teams at Cortland and Plattsburgh. . . had 50 assists or better nine times, twice topping out at a career-best of 60 -- vs. Williams 9/29/07 and vs. Hartwick 10/19/07. . . had a career-high eight service aces vs. Clarkson 10/6/07. . . 2006: had a strong first season as she played in 129 games and was second on the team in assists with 680…also ranked third on the team in service aces with 59 and recorded 277 digs… named to all-tournament team at Oneonta Invitational. . . named Empire 8 Rookie of the Week for 9/5/06. . . had six services aces vs. Plattsburgh 9/1/06. . .  Scholastic: a graduate of Warwick High School, Zwickl played four seasons of varsity volleyball and was a first-team Section Nine all-star in 2006 and a second-team selection in ’05. . . earned team MVP honors in ’06 and helped team to four straight sectional championship matches. . . recipient of Scholar-Athlete award.
