Warmington Nets Two in 4-0 Blanking of Keuka

KEUKA PARK, NY – Junior Tyler Warmington netted a pair of goals and Jack Lannon, along with Gibson Spector added tallies to help Nazareth blank Keuka 4-0 on Saturday in Empire 8 action. Nazareth is now 4-2-2 overall, while Keuka drops to 0-8 and 0-3, respectively.

How It Happened:
  • It was a phenomenal start for the Golden Flyers as they scored two goals within the first five minutes of the game
  • Warmington scored the first goal just :31 seconds into the game as a long pass bounced all the way to the junior on the back post for a tap-in goal
  • Lannon took a short corner from Alexander Kobayashi in the fifth minute and rocketed it into the far post from the corner of the 18 to make it 2-0
  • Spector got his team-leading fourth goal of the season in the 54th minute 
  • Nazareth closed out the scoring in the 87th on Warmington's second of the game. Tommy Gillett was awarded the assist.
  • Bryan Tirado earned the shutout, his fourth of the season

  • After collecting just two goal in his freshman and sophomore campaign, Warmington delivered his first multi-goal game as a Golden Flyer
