ROCHESTER, NY - The Nazareth men's basketball team hosted two NCAA tournament games in 2022, knocking off Westfield State in the first round 78-71 before falling to UMass Dartmouth 78-68. Nazareth had not hosted a game since 1984 when it took on Clark University.

Zach Stenglein and Kevin Underwood each poured in 21 points in Nazareth's victory over Westfield State. Stephen Gabel contributed 13 points, while Jonathan Park added 10 points and nine rebounds.
