HOUGHTON, NY – The Nazareth women's cross country team delivered a second place finish at the Empire 8 Championships on Saturday hosted at Houghton University. Junior Ella Impaglia was the top finisher for the Golden Flyers, taking 13^th place with a season-best time of 22:54.3 over the 6k course. With the 13^th place finish, Impaglia earns second team all-conference honors.

Nazareth's next four runners earned third team all-conference. Kelsey Fahy had a PR by over 20 seconds (23:13.5) to take 19^th place. Sophomore classmate Kennedy Doran delivered her personal best race by nearly a minute with a time of 23:14.7 to finish in 20^th.
 
Meghan Moyer was 23^rd place (23:23.7), while Paige Ackley (23:26.2) was the last scorer in 25^th place.
Bailey Visingard (23:37.7), Emily Perham (25:27.2), Alia Graziadei (26:05.8), Emily Miller (26:14.9), and Nadia Dudley (27:14.2) all ran personal best times.
