- Raced in six cross country meets
- Competed at both the NCAA DIII Niagara Regional and Empire 8 Championships
- Finished 19th with a 6K time of 23:48.2 at the E8 Championships

- Empire 8 Spring Semester President's List
2024 // SOPHOMORE
- Competed in six cross country events as a sophomore
- 2024 Empire 8 Cross Country Third Team
- Finished 23rd at the Empire 8 Cross Country Championships with a 6K time of 23:23.7
- Ran a 24:06.7 6K time at the NCAA Division III Niagara Region Cross Country Championships for 58th place
- Empire 8 Fall Semester President’s List
- Empire 8 Spring Semester President’s List
2023 // FRESHMAN
- Earned the Empire 8 Cross Country Rookie of the Year award as a freshman
- Finished 10th overall at the Empire 8 Championships to help the team to its first-ever conference championship title
- Earned Second Team all-Empire 8 honors
- Clocked a season and career-best 22:28.8 in the race
- Also competed at the Niagara Region Championships and placed 58th in 23:14.8
- Earned academic honors with selection to the Empire 8 President’s List for both the Fall and Spring semesters
HIGH SCHOOL
- Graduate of Liverpool High School
- Competed for the cross country and track and field teams
- Earned SCAC Metro Division and Conference honors and was team captain and Most Valuable Runner as a senior for cross country
- Earned the Edge Federal Credit Union scholarship, Empower Federal Credit Union scholarship, Syracuse Track and Field Club scholarship and the Dollars for Scholars scholarship
- Has also been a competitive dancer for 14 years
