 FREDONIA, NY – Senior Cade Eells earned all-region honors for the second consecutive year with a 29^thplace finish on Saturday at the NCAA Division III Niagara Regional held at Fredonia State. Eells ran a 26:21.0 over the 8k course. He was 17^th at the regional event in 2023. 
 
Nazareth also finished 8^th at the regional in 2022 after taking 10^th a season ago. 
 
NYU (29 points) just edged out Geneseo (30 points) for the top spot. Brockport was third (86 points), followed by Hamilton with 159, RIT with 179, Rochester with 206, Oneonta with 217, Nazareth with 224, Ithaca with 234, and Houghton with 255 points. In all, 22 teams competed.
 
Fellow senior Ethan Kenyon was 37th, just two spots off making all-region. He ran 26:39.8. Close behind was junior Connor Jackson who ran 26:42.3 for 39^th place.
 
The duo of Antonio Benitez and Cameron Almy were 61^st and 62^nd place, respectively. Benitez ran a 27:14.8, while Almy was 27:15.8.
 
Joe Britschge was 107^th (28:28.1) and Joseph Cataldo (28:59.7) was 119^th.
