Hans Schroeder each recorded seven kills to help lead Nazareth to the three-game victory over visiting Hilbert 30-12, 30-26, 30-16. The Golden Flyers, ranked first in Division III, also received a match-high 23 assists from sophomore
Kevin Kirchhoff.
With the victory, Nazareth improves to 14-2 and stretches its winning streak to 11 consecutive matches. Hilbert dropped to 0-7 overall following the loss.
Nazareth used a balanced attack to defeat the Hawks as every Golden Flyer appeared in at least one game. In addition to the kills from Maving and Schroeder, freshman

Ryan Johnsen, and freshman
Will Siwy each tallied five kills. Junior
Frank Leahy recorded 18 assists, three aces, and a team-high five digs despite playing in just one game. Freshman
Patrick Ribec and Bunch also had three aces and two aces respectively.
Hilbert was led by Luke Whelan and Dan Wolfe who recorded eight kills and seven kills respectively. Kevin Murphy tallied 19 assists while Robert Gerhard had a team-high two aces.
Nazareth will be in action next at the Vassar Tournament Friday and Saturday.
