Herman scored a goal in each half to help lift Nazareth over Skidmore College 2-0 on Saturday. The sophomore took a long pass from Sarah Conroy and chipped the Thoroughbreds goalkeeper in the first half and out-raced the defense on a through ball for her second goal of the game.   Herman now has three goals and four assists this season for the Golden Flyers.  Nazareth returns to action this weekend for the Empire 8 Championship, hosted by top-seeded Stevens Institute, as the third-seeded Golden Flyers will meet No. 2 Ithaca College at 4 p.m. on Friday in the semifinals.
