Physical Therapy major... born 3/14/98... son of Stephen and Andrea Nicasio, Annandale, N.J... competing in his first season with the track and field squad, Gristina had a top time of 4:36.85 in the mile during the indoor season a the Golden Eagle Invite on 2/18/17 ... he also ran a 9:44.70 in the 3,000 ... Gristina ran cross country in the fall of 2016 ... ran a personal-best 8k of 27:14.2 at the Mike Woods Invite along with the Harry F. Anderson meets. 

Scholastic: a graduate of North Hunterdon High School Gristina ran three seasons of cross country there... named second-team all-Skylands Conference as a junior in 2014... also a middle distance runner for the indoor and outdoor track teams.
