Nazareth College Athletics

Communication and Media major... daughter of Walter and Kelly Menz, Manlius, N.Y... returning for her fourth cross country season, Menz placed 58th at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Alfred with a time of 30:53.5 for 6 kilometers... posted a 6k time of 28:16.4 at Geneseo Invitational on 9/29/18... competed during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons and finished ninth in the 5,000-meter run (22:21.21) at the Empire 8 indoor meet.

2017-18: competed for the Golden Flyers' track and field teams and ran 5:55.47 in the 1,500-meter run at St. John Fisher's Cardinal Classic.... in cross country, Menz ran regularly for the Golden Flyers in 2017 and finished 27th at the Empire 8 Conference meet with a 6-kilometer time of 27:32.2 at Victor's Parkview Fairways.

2016-17: finished 25th at the E8 Conference meet for cross country with a 5k time of 20:05... finished 94th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet with a 6k time of 23:02.1... had top track and field times of 5:26.55 for 1,500 meters, 11:52.68 for 3,000 meters and 19:27.55 for 5,000 meters... ran 5:56.13 in the mile.

Scholastic: a graduate of Fayetteville-Manlius High School, Menz ran four seasons of cross country there... helped team to four straight Onondaga League titles, three Section Three championships and the 2013 state crown... named to Central New York all-star team in 2013 and named team's Most Dedicated Cross Country runner in 2016... recipient of Joseph and Margaret Kingston Scholarship.
