Biography
Physical Therapy major . . . born 4/14/92 . . . daughter of David and Nancy Althaus, Delhi, N.Y. . . a graduate of Delaware Academy, Althaus excelled there as a member of the cross country and track and field teams. . . was a five-time Mid-State Athletic Conference all-star in cross country and a two-time state meet participant. . . competed in track and field state qualifier in 2009 and 2010. . . named Delaware Academy's Outstanding Female Athlete for 2009-10. . . member of National Honory Society and recipient of several scholarship awards, including Bishop Foundation Scholarship, Delhi Women's Club Scholarship and Nazareth Presidential Scholarship. . . competed for the Golden Flyers' cross country team last fall and finished in 123rd place at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet in Oneonta. . . also finished 25th in Empire 8 Conference meet at Saratoga State Park...competed during the indoor season and finished 10th in the 5,000-meter run at the Empire 8 Conference meet.
