Lauren Jarosinski was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities, Operations, and Event Management in January of 2026. Previously, she joined the Nazareth University Athletic Department staff in February, 2024 as an Administrative Assistant supporting administration and coaches with their budgets, scheduling, and overall coordination of job duties.
 
In addition to maintaining some of her previous duties, Jarosinski will be responsible for the daily management and oversight of athletic facilities, athletic event operations, and select student staffing programs within the athletics department.

Jarosinski bolsters the event and game management operations for the department, specifically planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of all home athletic contests and special events.

She is responsible for recruitment, training, and supervision of student ambassadors and other event support staff for home game management as well as for athletic admissions tours.

Prior to Nazareth, Lauren held roles as a Sales Counselor for LA Fitness, General Manager for Pinnacle Athletic Campus and Graduate Assistant for Facilities. She has four years of experience in sporting event management including coordinating social media/marketing, overseeing personnel, driving increased sales, and ensuring security and crowd control. 

Lauren holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with distinction from D’Youville College (‘22) and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from SUNY Cortland (‘21).
