Daughter of Joe and Alicea Cascio, Oceanside, N.Y... returns for her fifth season with Nazareth after appearing in 29 games as a senior... scored one goal and added six assists... her lone goal came against Stevenson on 11/4/23... named to the UCHC All-Academic team for having over a 3.20 GPA.Â
2022-23: Played in 27 of the 29 games as a junior … recorded two goals and two assists with goals against Lebanon Valley (11/19) and Alvernia (2/10) … named to the UCHC All-Academic team.
2021-22: Tallied a goal and eight assists in 26 games last year ... scored in the 7-0 win against Arcadia and had three assists in the season-opening 8-1 win over Buffalo State.
2020-21: Cascio played in eight games for the Golden Flyers during the pandemic-shortened 2021 season and had an assist in the season finale at Elmira on 4/6/21...represented the Golden Flyers on the United Collegiate Hockey Conference's All-Academic team for players with a GPA of 3.20.
Scholastic: a graduate of the Selects Academy at Bishop Kearney in Rochester, Cascio played one season there and was voted Most Improved for the U19 division... helped team to New York state title in 2019-20... also competed for the North American Hockey Academy and served as team captain for the U16 team in 2017-18... recipient of Ultimate Teammate award for 2018-19.
