Nazareth College Athletics

Biomedical Sciences major... daughter of Joe and Susan Litera, Canastota, N.Y... returning for her fourth track and field season, Leahy finished first at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships in the triple jump, with a personal-best 11.20 meter jump (36' 9") to earn first-team all-conference.. also finished sixth in the long jump in a career-best 5.19 meter jump (17' .5")... registered personal-best in the 100-meter dash (13.34) and during the indoor season in the 200 (29.04). 

2021-21: Leahey competed during the outdoor season in 2021 and finished 11th in the long jump (15 feet, 1/2 inch) at the Empire 8 Outdoor Meet.

2019-20: Leahey represented the Golden Flyers at the 2020 Empire 8 Indoor Championships and finished fifth in the long jump and sixth in the triple jump... posted personal-bests in those two events at RIT Invitational on 2/14/20... leaped 5.05 meters (16 feet, 7 inches) in the long jump and 9.90 meters (32 feet, 5 3/4 inches) in the triple jump... also had top times in the 60-meter dash (8.47) and the 200-meter dash (:29.56).

Scholastic: a graduate of Canastota Central, Leahey competed there in soccer and track... won Center State Conference long jump title in 2017 and set school record in the 4 x 100-meter relay while winning league title three times... won Section Three titles in the 4 x 100- and the 4 x 400-meter relays... recipient of several scholastic awards, including Canastota Alumni Association scholarship, Canastota Dollars for Scholars, New York State Attorney Generals Triple C award and the Jennifer Lee Smith Memorial Scholarship.
