Career Results
Art Education major...   daughter of Jonathan and Amy Dewart of Barker, N.Y... returning for her fourth track and field season, Dewart competed indoors in 2020 and placed eighth in the 800-meter run (2:29.79) at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships in February... played in 2019 for the Golden Flyers' field hockey team that reached the E8 championship game and contributed 11 points on four goals and three assists... named to the National Academic Squad by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association for achieving a grade-point average of 3.30 or better and the Empire 8 Presidents' List for a GPA of 3.75 or better.

2018-19: Dewart earned Empire 8 Conference all-star honors in three relays in 2019 -- the 4 x 400 (4:08.20) during the outdoor season and the 4 x 400 (4:05.19) and the distance medley relay (13:09.63) during the indoor season.

2017-18: Dewart contributed in 2018 with top indoor times of 1:03.66 for 400 meters, 1:25.35 for 500 meters, 1:45.97 for 600 meters and 2:25.60 for 800 meters... 800-meter time was good for fourth place at Empire 8 Indoor Championships at Houghton on 2/24/18.

Scholastic: a graduate of Barker High School, Dewart was a three-sport standout there... earned first-team all-Western New York as well as all-state honors in field hockey... also a first-team all-star in the Niagara-Orleans League... helped team to two league titles and three Section Six Class C championships (2013, 2014, 2016)... also a member of the basketball and track and field teams ... 800-meter school record holder ... 2015 league champion in track and field ... team captain in basketball ... National Honor Society member ... Barker Female Athlete of the Year... winner of multiple scholarship awards.
