Mathematics major. . . daughter of Ronald and Renee Gecsedi, Schenectady, N.Y. . . returning for her fourth season, Gecsedi finished 69th at the Buffalo State Invitational (23:48), 42nd at the Colgate 4.2-K run (21:06), 34th at the Nazareth Invitational (17:59), and with a time of 21:44 at the Saratoga 5-K Invitational, hosted by RPI. . .
2007: Gecsedi placed 34th in the 3,000-meter run at RIT (13:54) during the indoor track and field season and 24th in the 5-K run at Muhlenberg (21:55) during the outdoor track and field season. . .
2006-07: Gecsedi placed fifth in the 5,000-meter run at the UR Invitational during the outdoor season…
Scholastic: a graduate of Guilderland High School, Gecsedi competed on the varsity soccer and track and field teams there.
