Helped Nazareth to a 5th place finish in teh 4x400 (4:09.97) at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup
Recorded a PR in the 60 m (8.30 s) at the Brockport Invite
At the Empire 8 Indoor Conference Championship, recorded a PR in the long jump (5.09 m)
Recorded a PR in the 100 m (12.97 s) in the Geneseo Early Season Invite, which is good for 8th in school history
Recorded a PR at the Empire 8 Outdoor Conference Championship in the 200 m (26.98 s)
Represented the Golden Flyers on the Empire 8 Conference Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above in both the fall and spring semesters

2023-24 // FRESHMAN

Placed 10th in the 400 (1:05.11) and 12th in long jump (4.72 meters) at the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet
Placed 3rd as part of the 4x400 relay (4:08.02), 7th in the 400, which was a PR (1:01.37), and 12th in long jump (4.90 m)
Competed in five different events, including the 100 (PR 13.30 seconds), the 200 (PR 28.38 seconds) the 300 (PR 47.70 seconds), the 400 (PR 1:01.37), and long jump (PR 5.09 meters) in her freshman debut
Empire 8 Third-Team honoree for the 4x400 relay
Earned Empire 8 Sportswoman of the Year
Named to the President's List for Academic Excellence in the fall 2023 semester.

HIGH SCHOOL

Graduate of Chittenango High School, where she competed there in soccer and indoor and outdoor track
Competed as a sprinter and jumper in track and field and won OHSL Liberty Division title in the long jump in 2023
