Biochemistry major... daughter of Alan and Marie Weaver, Martville, N.Y... returning for her fifth season of track and field, Weaver completed her cross country career in the fall of 2023 as Nazareth captured its first-ever Empire 8 Conference championship... set a program record with a personal-best time of 21:47.2 for 6 kilometers to finish second at the E8 Conference meet at Parkview Fairways in Victor... earned first-team all-conference honors... went on to place 36th at the NCAA Division III Niagara Regional race at Houghton (22:50.0) as Nazareth placed 10th in the team standings.
2022-23: Weaver played a key role in helping the Golden Flyers win their first-ever Empire 8 Conference track and field titles in 2023... finished first in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:35.33) at the E8 Outdoor meet and placed third in the 5,000-meter run (18:48.60) and fifth in the 1,500-meter run (5:01.32)... went on to post a personal-best steeplechase time of 11:24.93 to finish fourth at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at Susquehanna and was named as a Niagara Region all-star... outdoor season also included personal-best times in the 800-meter run (2:30.22) and the 1,500-meter run (4:56.62)... helped Nazareth claim the E8 indoor title with a second-place finish in the mile run with a personal-best time of 5:19.38... also fourth in the 5,000-meter run (19:01.21) and sixth in the 3,000-meter run (10:56.88)... advanced to compete at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at the New York Amory and finished sixth in the distance medley relay (12:39.29) and 28th in the mile (5:29.40)... in the 2022 cross country season, Weaver delivered a fifth-place finish at the E8 Conference meet at Houghton (23:33.4) to earn first-team all-conference honors... went on to place 42nd at the NCAA Division III Niagara Regional race at Genesee Valley Park (24:18.1).
2021-22: Weaver competed during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons and finished second in the 5,000-meter run (18:53.56) at the E8 outdoor meet at Nazareth and fourth in the 1,500-meter run (5:01.59)... went on to place ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:47.41) at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at Moravian... the indoor season included a second-place finish in the 5,000-meter run (18:49.72) and a fourth-place finish in the 3,000-meter run (10:56.47)... had a personal-best 5,000-meter time of 18:29.73 for a third-place finish at the Fastrack National Invite at Staten Island... ran cross country in the fall of 2021 and finished 12th at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Washington County Fairgrounds with a time of 23:48.0 for 6 kilometers... earned second-team all-conference honors... finished 18th (24:01.7) at the NCAA Niagara Regional race at Geneseo to claim all-region honors... emerged as the Golden Flyers' top cross country runner in the spring of 2021 as she placed sixth at the E8 Conference meet at Houghton to help Nazareth to a runner-up finish in the team standings... 5k time of 19:40.5 earned her first-team all-conference honors... also finished fourth at St. John Fisher's Rodenbeck Invitational with a time of 16:14.8 for 4 kilometers.
2020-21: Weaver ran during the indoor and outdoor track seasons in 2021 and was fourth in the 1,500-meter run (5:05.22) at the E8 Outdoor meet at Fisher on 5/7/21... top outdoor times included 19:10.84 for 5,000 meters and 2:35.48 for 800 meters... ran 5:41.41 for the mile indoors...
2019-20: Weaver competed during the 2020 indoor season and had top times of 11:38.47 for 3,000 meters, 2:36.27 for 800 meters and 5:47.95 for the mile... Weaver competed in cross country in 2019 and had a top 6-kilometer time of 25:46.0 at Houghton's Highlander Invitational on 10/5/19.
Scholastic: a graduate of Hannibal High School, Weaver competed there in cross country, basketball and outdoor track and field... was team captain and team MVP for cross country in 2018 after finished 12th at Section Three Class C Championships... a three-time first-team all-star in the Onondaga High School Liberty Conference... also competed for the HannWarriors club... member of the National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society... recipient of Dollars for Scholars Scholarship and Fulton Teacher's Association Scholarship.
