She PR'd in seven events through the winter and spring seasons including the 500 (1:26.79), the mile (5:19.81), the 3000 (10:44.25), the 5000 (18:44.20), the 1500 (4:52.19), the 800 (2:21.86), and the 3000 steeplechase (11.30.67)
At the 2023-24 E8 Indoor Track and Field Championship meet, she took 2nd in the mile (5:23.63), 3rd in the 800 (2:23.01), and 5th in the 3000 (10:59.02)
At the AARTFC Track and Field Championships, Impaglia placed 9th in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:45.68
At the 2024 E8 Outdoor Track and Field Championship meet, she took 2nd in the 3000 steeplechase (11:49.33), and fourth in the 800 and 5000, earning her PR in the 800
At the AARTFC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, she placed 12th in the 4x800 with a time of 9:55.75, and earned her PR in the 3000 steeplechase, taking 13th

Nazareth also claimed its first-ever outdoor title as she finished third in the 800m (2:25.91), fourth in the 1,500m (5:00.79) and third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:57.70)
Had a personal-best time of 11:55.30 in the steeplechase at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at Susquehanna.
Ran regularly for the Golden Flyers in 2022 and finished 15th at the Empire 8 Conference meet (24:20.2 for 6 kilometers) at Houghton

Also finished 57th at the NCAA Niagara Regional meet (24:51.8) at Genesee Valley
