Nazareth College Athletics

Communication Sciences and Disorders major... born 7/4/96... daughter of Mark and Maria Ludington, Webster, N.Y... returning for her fourth season, Ludington completed her cross country career in the fall by placing ninth at the Empire 8 Conference meet with a time of 25:05.4 for 6 kilometers at Victor's Parkview Fairways... earned first-team E8 all-star honors as a result... also placed 67th at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals at Houghton with a time of 23:41.1... ran well outdoors in 2017, highlighted by an eighth-place finish in the 5,000-meter run at the NYSCTC meet with a personal-best time of 18:41.93... also placed fourth in the same event at the Empire 8 Conference meet (18:45.67)... ran 5:01.96 in the 1,500-meter run at the Cardinal Classic at St. John Fisher on 4/29/17... top 2017 indoor performances included second-place finish in the 5,000-meter run (18:48.16) at the E8 Conference meet... also ran second on the distance medley relay (13:05.42)... had personal bests in the mile (5:33.40) and 800-meter run (2:25.58).

2016: completed her third season of cross country in the fall of '16 and finished 99th at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet at Rowan with a personal-best time of 23:08.5 for 6 kilometers... helped Nazareth to a third-place finish at the Empire 8 Conference by placing 12th individually with a 5k time of 19:29.6... during the 2016 indoor season, Ludington ran 5:44.21 in the mile and 11:47.45 for 3,000 meters... top outdoor times included 5:01.66 for 1,500 meters and 18:57.39 for 10th-place finish in the 5,000 meters at the NYSCTC Meet at Rensselaer.

2015: competed both indoors and outdoors... top outdoor times included 5:33.94 in the 1,500-meter run and 21:19.04 in the 5,000-meter run... during the indoor season, ran 6:05.07 in the mile, 12:59.59 in the 3,000-meter run and 21:26.42 in the 5,000-meter run... also completed her second cross country season in the fall of 2015 and finished 39th at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Houghton with a time of 20:39.2 for 5 kilometers... had a time of 24:39.2 for 6 kilometers to finish 37th at the NYSCTC meet at Hamilton.

2014 cross country: placed 58th at the Empire 8 Conference meet with a three-mile time of 21:40.5 at Saratoga State Park... ran 25:19.3 for 6 kilometers at the Geneseo Invitational at Letchworth State Park on 10/4/14.

Scholastic: a graduate of Webster Schroeder High School, Ludington was a member of the cross country and track teams... recipient of Webster Athletic Booster Organization Award and Music Athlete Award... member of National Honor Society and French Honor Society.
