Nazareth College Athletics

Psychology major with Business Management minor... daughter of Dan and Beth Bargabos, Manlius, N.Y... returning for her fourth track and field season, Bargabos ran for the Golden Flyers during the indoor and outdoor track seasons in 2021 and finished seventh in the 4 x 400-meter relay (4:04.07) at the All-Atlantic Region meet on 5/19/21... also helped team to a first-place finish in the same event (4:09.64) at the E8 Championship meet on 5/7/21... also fourth in the 800-meter run (2:29.59) outdoors and had a personal-best time of 1:02.81 in the 400-meter dash at the Cardinal Classic on 4/23/21... completed her fourth season of cross country in the fall of 2021 and helped Nazareth to a second-place finish at the Empire 8 Conference meet as she placed 15th individually in 24:09.5 for 6 kilometers... gained third-team all-conference honors... Bargabos helped Nazareth to a second-place finish at the Empire 8 Conference in the spring of 2021 with a 16th-place finish at Houghton on 4/9/21... ran 20:44.3 for 5 kilometers to gain second-team all-conference honors.

2019-20: Bargabos competed during the 2020 indoor season and placed third in the 4 x 400-meter relay (4:11.71) and fourth in the mile (5:36.15) at the Empire 8 indoor meet... had top times of 1:03.76 in the 400-meter run, 2:26.57 in the 800-meter run and 5:29.73 in the mile... Bargabos competed regularly for the Golden Flyers' cross country team in 2019 and finished 11th at the Empire 8 Conference meet at St. John Fisher on 11/2/19 with a 6-kilometer time of 24:54.5... good for second-team all-conference honors... also finished in 129th place at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet at St. Lawrence (25:24.1)... had a career-best 6k time of 24:03.9 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on 10/19/19.

2018-19: Bargabos ran well for the Golden Flyers' cross country team in 2018, finishing 20th at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Alfred (27:38.7 for 6k) to earn second-team all-conference honors... best 6-kilometer time of 25:00.8 came at Rowan on 10/13/18... competed for the indoor and outdoor track and field teams in 2019 and top times included 5:13.33 in the 1,500-meter run, 1:05.17 in the 400-meter dash and 2:32.85 in the 800-meter run indoors.

Scholastic: a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy in Syracuse, Bargabos competed in track and cross country, serving as team captain in both sports... helped cross country team to state title in 2017 and fourth place in 2016... competed in the state meet for track in the 400-meter dash in 2017... competed on 4 x 400-meter relay that won state title in 2016... also won 2017 indoor titles in the 4 x 800-meter relay and in the 300-meter dash.
