Nazareth College Athletics

Developing Child & Families and Business Leadership minors... daughter of Jason and Erin Burroughs, Aurora, N.Y... returning for her second season as a Golden Flyer after a successful freshman debut... represented Nazareth in the 2023-24 Allegheny Mountain/Empire 8 Conference Championships at Webster high school Aquatic Center... Burroughs made personal best times in the 100 free (54.56, 1st place), the 200 free (2:00.38, 4th place), and the 50 free (25.68, 3rd place)... part of three 1st place relays including the 200, 400, and 800 yard free relays (1:39.78, 3:39.42, and 7:54.79)... part of the 400 yard medley relay that took 9th place with a time of 4:16.12... named Empire 8 first team for 100-yard freestyle, as well as 200-yard freestyle relay, and 400-yard freestyle relay, 800-yard freestyle relay... was named to the President's List for Academic Excellence in the spring 2024 semester.

Scholastic: a graduate of Southern Cayuga High School, Burroughs competed on the swim team there for four seasons... specialized in 500 freestyle and 100 backstroke and served as team co-captain for two seasons... earned Sportsmanship Award and Section Four Character Counts Award for 2021-22... competed for the Auburn YMCA Stingrays.
