Biology major. . . daughter of Donald and Laurie Burns, Rochester, NY. . . returning to the Nazareth swim team for her second year, Burns recorded 70.50 points during the 2006-07 season. . . top performances include: 19:26.84 in the 1650-yard freestyle, 1:04.03 in the 100-yard fly, and 2:29.00 in the 200-yard fly. . . Scholastic: Burns swam for Monroe Community College for two years before transferring to Nazareth. . . a graduate of Brighton High School, Burns was a member of the high school swim team for three seasons and recognized as a scholar athlete.
