Nazareth College Athletics

Psychology major with a minors in Human Resources and Business Management...  daughter of Todd and Amy Foster, Owego, N.Y... returning for her fourth season, Foster was a versatile contributor for the Golden Flyers during the pandemic-shortened 2021 spring season... helped Nazareth to the team title at the Rochester Invitational with a seventh-place finish in the 400 IM (5:05.56)... also swam eighth in the 200 butterfly (2:29.05) and 10th in the 1,650 freestyle (19:27.64)... represented the Golden Flyers on the Empire 8 Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above.

2019-20: Foster's top times included 2:32.04 in the 200 IM and 2:38.92 in the 200 butterfly... represented the Golden Flyers on the Empire 8 Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and above... recipient of team's Hardest Worker Award.

2018-19: Foster competed regularly for the Golden Flyers in 2018-19 and finished ninth in the 400 IM (5:00.18), 11th in the 200 butterfly (2:26.18) and 13th in the 100 butterfly (1:06.55) at the Empire 8 Conference meet.

Scholastic: a graduate of Owego Free Academy, Foster was a member of the swimming and track teams... helped team to five Section Four Class B titles and No. 1 state ranking in 2013 and 2017... also swam for Thrashers Swimming club team... recipient of Nazareth Presidential Scholarship, Golden Rule Scholarship and Southside Stage Coach Scholarship... member of National Honor Society, Athletic Leadership Council and French Club... played clarinet in concert band for nine years.
