Nazareth College Athletics

Biomedical Sciences major... daughter of Rob and Nicole Woodford, Amherst, N.Y... returning for her fourth season, Woodford was competitive for the Golden Flyers in 2022-23 as a backstroker... finished second in the 200 back with a personal-best time of 2:10.84 at the Allegheny/Empire 8 meet at Webster Aquatic Center... also fourth in the 100 back (1:01.56) and 10th in the 500 free (5:33.64).

2021-22: Woodford was a part of the Allegheny Mountain / Empire 8 Collegiate Conference Championship winning team... Woodford proved herself as an asset for Nazareth... specializing in freestyle and backstroke, Woodford competed in numerous races for Nazareth... Woodford competed in the 200 freestyle, placing 12th (2:07.76)... she also proved her strength in the backstroke events, swimming the 100 backstroke and placing sixth (1:03.35)... in the 200 backstroke she placed fourth in the conference (2:14.16).

2020-21: Woodford's top 2021 times included 1:03.05 in the 100 backstroke, 2:15.67 in the 200 backstroke and 5:40.95 in the 500 freestyle.

Scholastic: a graduate of Sweet Home High School, Woodford was a member of the varsity swim team there for four seasons... recipient of NYS Scholar-Athlete award and Dollars for Scholars... also swam for Sweet Home Aquatics.
