Physical Therapy major... son of Tim and Judy Proud, Oswego, N.Y... returning for his third season, Proud played in all 23 matches for the Golden Flyers in 2020 and amassed 373 assists (4.91 per set) with 23 service aces and 73 digs... posted double digit assist totals 12 times, including a career-best of 60 in a five-set win over Elizabethtown on 2/22/20... had 49 assists and four service aces in a five-set win at Elmira on 2/26/20... had six aces in three sets at Sage on 2/28/20.
2019: Proud played in 25 matches and 72 sets for the Golden Flyers in 2019... ranked second on the team with 130 assists, including 21 against Pratt Institute on 1/26/19... also had 19 assists and eight digs against Sage on 3/8/19.
Scholastic: a graduate of Oswego High School, Proud competed in volleyball, basketball and baseball there... played three seasons of varsity volleyball and was a first-team Salt City Athletic Conference all-star selection as well as an all-state selection in 2017... helped team to three straight Section Three titles and two trips to the state finals... also competed for Pace Bootleggers club team.
