Communication Sciences and Disorders major… daughter of Neil and Patricia Lanzetta, Rockaway Park. N.Y… returning for her fourth season, Lanzetta had a stellar junior season, starting all 19 games on defense... helped the Golden Flyers win the Empire 8 Championship and was named the Empire 8 Tournament Most Valuable Player in addition to being on the E8 All-Tournament Team... after suffering a knee injury in 2021, Lanzetta came back strong and was named Nazareth's Comeback Athlete of the Year... key piece of a defense that held opponents to .90 goals per game.Â
2021: Lanzetta's 2021 season was limited to six games (five starts) due to a knee injury that required surgery.
2020: Lanzetta appeared in eight games for the Golden Flyers during the pandemic-shortened 2021 spring season.
Scholastic: a graduate of Archbishop Molloy High School in Queens, Lanzetta played three seasons of varsity soccer there… earned all-league honors in the Girls Catholic High School Athletic Association... helped team to division title in 2017 and Brooklyn/Queens AA Diocesan finals in 2019… also competed for the Manhattan Soccer Club.
