Nazareth College Athletics

Physical Therapy major... born 4/15/95... daughter of Mike Charles and Amy Goldman, Auburn, N.Y... returning for her fourth season, Charles appeared in all 17 games as a junior, making 11 starts … tallied 16 goals and three assists … also had 18 ground balls, 12 draw controls and seven caused turnovers … scored three goals twice during the season … scored game-winning goal against Stevens on 4/16/16 and Elmira on 4/22/16. 
 
2015: Charles appeared in four games but missed most of the season due to injury ... contributed two goals and one assist ... also picked up three ground balls.

2014: Charles had a solid freshman season as she appeared in all 16 of the Golden Flyers’ games and scored 12 goals… tallied three goals, including her first career goal, in Nazareth’s 10-5 win over Westfield State (3/13/14) and also had three goals against Utica (4/13/14)… scored at least one goal in five consecutive contests from April 12-19… finished the season with 12 ground balls, five caused turnovers and three draw controls.

Scholastic: a graduate of Auburn High School, Charles competed in field hockey and lacrosse there... served as team captain in 2013 and was a first-team Central New York Cities League all-star after earning second-team honors in 2012... earned Academic All-American honors from U.S. Lacrosse… was a recipient of a Nazareth Presidential Scholarship and has earned President and Dean’s Lists honors at Nazareth.
